High Protein, Lower Calorie PB&J Oatmeal
I am really bad at breakfast. Meaning, I am not good at making and eating it. I am trying to be better, which usually entails me finding new, easy recipes to make in the morning that are tasty but not tedious. That said, I put together this insanely easy, high protein and low calorie PB&J oatmeal that is seriously delicious and takes all of 5 minutes to throw together!

HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CAL PB&J OATMEAL
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup classic rolled Kodiak Protein Oats
2 TBSP PB2
1 TBSP of your favorite fruit jam or jelly (I use Trader Joe’s Raspberry Jam)
1 TSP agave nectar
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into small sauce pan. Place over medium-high heat until it begins to softly bubble/simmer. Stir 2-3 times as it simmers to mix it well and ensure it doesn’t burn or stick to the pan. After 3-4 minutes, remove and serve immediately in a bowl!
