My Favorite Protein Smoothie
Getting enough protein throughout the day is hard, but this bulky ass protein-forward smoothie makes it a bit easier. Using OWYN’s chocolate protein drink as a base guarantees you 20g off the bat, so the rest is gravy, baby (except not because gravy in a smoothie would be absolutely foul).
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 11.15oz container of OWYN Dark Chocolate Protein Shake
1 small to medium banana
1 Sea Moss & Aloe Blender Bomb (use code 10EMMASTHING for 10% off Amazon)
2 TBSP of PB2
1/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup crushed ice (or whatever your preference!)
INSTRUCTIONS
