Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad
I love wings so so much. But I DON’T love what they do to my figure. Therefore, I desperately googled a way to consume the same flavors with less, um, guilt? I guess? I made a batch of this for lunches this week and OMG — it’s really very good AND SO EASY. There are THREE ingredients: Chicken. Greek yogurt. Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. So, if you’re like me and want the wing flavor in a healthier way, make this. I ate it as it is with avocado, and it hit the spot.

INGREDIENTS:
3 (6 oz.) chicken breasts, large
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Franks Red Hot Original
DIRECTIONS:
Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Turn to high and cook for 1.5-2 hours until chicken breasts have fully cooked.
Remove and use 2 forks to shred. Place in refrigerator to cool.
Once cooled, add Greek yogurt and Franks Red Hot and mix.
Serve any way your heart desires!
