11 Products You Loved In April

If this list doesn’t scream QUARANTINE! HOME! KITCHEN! COOKING! LIVING ROOM! COMFORT! DON’T REALLY WANT TO BUY CLOTHES! SELF-CARE! then I don’t what does. You guys were all over the map in April, but so was I. And that’s why we’re here. Here's what you guys deemed worthy enough to buy last month (all of which is approved by yours truly):

1. The grossypelosi Smiley Spoons

Honestly, what the hell DID you buy if you didn’t at least treat yourself to the happiest wooden spoons on the planet? Don’t even think twice about this. Add them to cart right now and don’t talk to me until you have. Also, read grossypelosi’s full kitchen must-haves list if you haven’t already.

2. The Amazon headbands

They’re perfect and come in 8 fucking colors! What else do you need as you work from home and see how long you can go without washing your hair? Nothing, that’s what. Nothing but this pack of cute ass headbands for $14.

3. The NEST Rose Noir candle

We can thank Ellen/Fashion Jackson for this one. I’ve yet to receive mine in the mail from my Sephora order, but cannot wait for the moment I do. Gonna light that bitch RIGHT up. The scents in this candle are rose de mai, patchouli, and incense so I’m not sure how this could smell anything but perfect.

4. The best dog bed

Cece has always disliked dog beds. Any I’ve ever presented to her, she’s torn up. However, this one by Best Friends is magical. The donut shape allows your pup to really sink in and feel protected from all sides. Plus, the faux shag fur is incredibly soft and cozy! I have it under my desk and she curls up in it for most of the day now. Cannot recommend it enough!

5. Caffeine eye cream

YAY! I’m so glad to see that y’all trusted this rec. I bought this during the Sephora sale and am loving it. I have super sensitive skin and get nervous about trying new skincare products, but so far this has not caused any sort of reaction on my face at all! I love the consistency—it’s super creamy yet light and very gentle. HIGHLY recommend, especially for $10.

6. The Dead Sea Mud Mask

I. LOVE. THIS. MASK. SO MUCH. For $14, you get a SHIT LOAD of mask in a jar. It smells so beautiful, is super easy to apply and wash off, and always leaves my face feeling fresh. I use it once a week, and apply it with this perfect mask brush. Ugh, I truly just love this stuff so much. Treat yourself to a jar—it will last FOREVER.

7. grossypelosi Frying Pans

He said it best himself: “DeBuyer is an iconic brand in the kitchen and the basics are always in stock. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the handles come in the best colors.”

8. Fruit of the Loom underwear

I like high-waisted, granny panties and I cannot lie. I realized all my granny panties were boy shorts and that is so not my style anymore. So, I did a quick search on Amazon for a pack of cheap yet cute high-waisted granny panties and ended up with these beauties. I really love them. They’re so comfortable and pretty sexy in their own way.

9. The adjustable dish brush holder

It’s so simple and seemingly so stupid, but it’s actually brilliant. Give your dish brush a place to call its own. Your sink space will thank you.

10. The Sheepskin Accent Rug

My sister found this for my bedroom, so bless her. This is the perfect accent rug for any room in the house, honestly. Plus, the price is right.

11. The Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow

I have yet to receive mine from Sephora, BUT so many of you guys wrote me when I spotlighted it on my blog and told me how much you LOVE yours, so I cannot wait! I got the champagne color called Moonlight.

Can’t wait to see what you guys migrate toward in May! Stay tuned.
