Taco Seasoning
Several years back, I decided I didn't want to buy pre-packaged seasoning anymore. When I realized I had nearly every spice it called for, I was like WTF, Emma? Just DIY, you silly bitch. In today's world, DIY = G(oogle)IY, so I did just that and found a taco seasoning recipe that I have used ever since and swear by. Put it on ground beef, turkey, some chicken — what have you! It tastes great on it all.
Taco Seasoning by someone else on the internet that I can't remember now, so let's just say BY ME!
1 tablespoon chili powder
1½ teaspoon cumin
1½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix it all up and sprinkle it all over.
