The Top 20 Most-Loved Products of 2019

Before you rush into this list, I wanted to thank you real quick. As you probably know, any time you guys trust my opinion about a product and purchase it, I make a (very small) commission which helps fuel my confidence to eventually work entirely for myself one day. From social media, I’ve found a platform where complete strangers and half-strangers actually find me entertaining and give me a safe space to speak my mind on about nonsense and (sometimes) important stuff, and it’s been such a rewarding journey. So, from the top of my heart, thank you for following, engaging, reading, purchasing, sharing—all of it. This has been my best year yet with engagement, and I’m hoping to only grow it exponentially in 2020!

Now, for the top 20 most-loved products from my arsenal this year. These are the products you guys went crazy for and drove my sales, ultimately affording me a few more beers here and there and probably another grey sweatshirt I don’t need because I have 100. Were you a buyer behind one of these? If so, did you end up loving it? Did you hate it? I want to know so leave a comment on this post!

  1. Oval makeup brush

This $8 magic tool off Amazon was the #1 seller this year, and for good reason. It’s simple to use and applies foundation flawlessly, for real.

#2 on the list and 100% deserving of this spot. My friend had these on a trip earlier this year and let me wear one, and I instantly fell in love. They are great quality and, while they do eventually hurt your head (as all headbands do), it takes a lot longer to get to that point. These have been a saving grace for me in terms of dirty/lazy/sweaty hair days.

#3 on the top 20 list is this black lace cami from Nordstrom. I’m not big on camis, but this one always does so well during the Nordstrom sale so I finally buckled this year and got it and love it. It’s the perfect little something to wear under a jacket, sweater, or by itself during the summer! Plus, as I write this, it’s 40% off.

More headbands?! DAMN STRAIGHT. These (that I lovingly refer to as Fucci headbands (fake Gucci, get it?)) were a huge seller because, I mean, look at them. They’re so adorable and make you feel rich and fancy when you couldn’t be farther from that.

This is the best sweater I bought myself this year, and you all seemed to agree. It comes in 5 colors and is not only cozy, but really flattering on? I got a US 4 for reference.

I’ve always had minimal eyelashes, so I decided to change that this year with a lash-growing serum and this shit is MAGIC. I used it religiously for 6-8 months, and my lashes are so long they touch the tip of my eyelids now! I can’t recommend it enough (and no — I suffered no allergic reaction to it, but sometimes serums do that so keep an eye on it!).

Damn, y’all went CRAZY for these and I don’t blame you. My sister introduced me to these incredible, bottle-cleaning tablets. They’re all-natural and clean every bottle, thermos, etc so thoroughly. It just takes a tablet, warm water, and 15-30 min!

These journals sold like hot cakes during the holiday, and for good reason! I got one as a gift and loved it so much, I shared it with y’all. You can choose from so many awesome colors and fonts to make it really personal, and it’s a great notebook in general.

My best friend gifted me this for Christmas last year, and it’s still one of my favorite house blankets. It’s SO soft, comes in a million colors and, as I write this, is on sale for 25% off. It’s the perfect addition to any living room or bedroom!

I. love. hair accessories. I always have and always will. These were no exception, and clearly y’all thought so, too!

I’ve been wearing this magical green lipstick that turns pink for YEARS. Literal years. And it’s still my favorite and what I consider the most hidden gem on the internet. You get an 8-pack for under $8 and trust me when I say, you won’t remember life without it.

This mitt is the only thing I’ve found that fights hard against my Keratosis Pilaris. I use it in the shower with regular soap, then apply Everyday Oil to my arms and thighs to help smooth out the awful KP bumps, and it’s really made a difference.

Another HOTT ticket item during the holidays was this Lizzo prayer candle. Lit Lizzo got people feeling good as hell, OKURRRR?

I meannnnnnn. I’m actually about to reorder this today for the new year, and I think you should, too.

I love this simple yet interesting black dress from Nordstrom and clearly, y’all did too. Size down, for sure. I believe I got an XS! It runs large, but is such an easy dress to have in your closet for those moments where you truly don’t know what to wear. Can be dressed up or down!

I always felt like when I had a home that required a runner, THAT’S when I’ve made it. Well, guys—I MADE IT THIS YEAR. And this runner from Target is one of my favorite things I bought for my new place this year (and on sale because #target).

Honestly, this throw needs no introduction. I’m just so glad it sold as well as it did because I truly feel everyone needs one in their home and, if I had the means, I’d make sure you all did.

Year after year, these are a top-seller because they’re the actual best. I don’t use them for clocks and frames as pictured. I use them in my shower for organization and even more space to hold all the products I love trying. They’re truly amazing for that purpose. Can’t recommend enough.

If you don’t have amazing knife skills, this thing is a fucking life saver. It chops, dices, slices, spiralizes—you name it. It also comes with a protective glove so you don’t slice off your finger which you should 100% wear EVERY TIME YOU OPERATE IT.

Lastly, you guys loved this simple, cute graphic tee from Amazon this year! Graphic tees have made such a comeback in 2019, and I love it. I hope it doesn’t stop.

And that’s all she browsed, added to cart, and used! Again, thank you guys for your support. It means the literal world to me. See you soon for a 2019 Year In Review… It’s gonna be a doozy.
